It’s as easy as tossing together cut sweet potatoes, olive oil and seasonings and baking them. With so little effort, what you get is totally out-of-this-world.

Ingrediant
2 cups sweet potato fingers
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 tsp sea salt (khada namak)

Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Place them on a lined baking tray.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200ºc (400ºf) for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
